Dear Dina Praedel (I thought your name spells Pradel?), I honestly appreciate the effort! However, inquiries that got ignored in the past, TOU that couldn't be clearer about leaving users, and no account determination process on-site? The MarCom professional in me is disappointed. I am tired of going forth and back, to say the least. I'll let it sit as it is now.

My husband is German, but we don't use the umlaut in the States. :)

We definitely have room for improvement...we've taken steps to drastically improve our customer service responsiveness, and we will soon be adding a feature to allow users to delete their own accounts. In the interim, feel free to send me your username and email and I will personally make sure your account is deleted. We're constantly changing the site to try to make it more useful, and are always happy to receive detailed feedback from users.
